We hold semi-annual roundtable meetings (in the Spring and Fall) to share findings among our members and collectively review the most promising solutions. Through our collaborative model, we have been providing a streamlined innovation process and valuable insights to corporations for more than 10 years. Role Overview and Responsibilities Reporting to the President of the Growth Platform at World 50 Group, the Program Leader, Enterprise will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of executive membership groups focused on driving innovation within their organizations. This role combines strategic product management, executive relationship building, and curated innovation programming to deliver exceptional value to senior leaders across key functions. The role encompasses four primary areas: Product Management – You will oversee a portfolio of membership groups that serve executives in functions like marketing, legal, HR, AI, procurement, and supply chain. Your responsibility will be to evolve these offerings to ensure they deliver maximum value to members.

Key areas of focus include:

Product evolution and positioning Product-market fit Pricing strategy Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior executives, driving membership happiness and retention. This includes monitoring key data and analytics to assess product performance and member engagement. It also includes internal cross-functional teamwork across W50 groups. Innovation Strategy – You will lead the development of content and experiences that address the most pressing innovation challenges facing our members.

Responsibilities include:

Aligning agendas with early-stage innovators and strategic partners Designing and delivering virtual and in-person session series on timely and relevant topics Collaborating across the World 50 Group to integrate Accelerator content with broader offerings Continuously experimenting with and optimizing engagement formats Stay at the forefront of innovation and executive leadership trends This role requires a deep understanding of executive innovation needs, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to deliver value to a highly discerning audience. Success will be measured by member revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall member satisfaction across the Accelerator platform.

What we are looking for:

Entrepreneurial experience and approach Experience running financials and investment tradeoffs (P&L) Ability to partner across the organization to drive commercial alignment and growth Understanding of how to improve renewal rates, increase pricing yield, and identify upsell opportunities Ability to engage external advisors, including executive recruiters, corporate leaders, and venture capitalists, to maintain a groundbreaking view of innovation and leadership trends Proven track record of working with C-level executives, including CEOs Experience in developing and implementing product strategies for executive membership or service offering Expertise in supporting organizations through innovation and transformation initiatives Experienced in crafting and coordinating performance metrics for member engagement and program return on investment Deep understanding of global business dynamics and cultural nuance in executive leadership Ability to build trust and influence at all levels—from early-career professionals to board members Education/Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, with preference for MBA or equivalent experience Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles across product and sales Minimum of 8 years of people management Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
