Job Summary
The STEM Enrichment Program Camp is a dynamic, hands-on summer camp that aims to inspire and educate young minds in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The camp provides participants with the opportunity to explore a variety of STEM topics through engaging activities, experiments, and projects
The dates of this camp are from May 19, 2025 to July 25, 2025.
Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
Project Manager
Assist the Program Director with all aspects of the summer camp.
Serve as a point of contact for all campers and the parents/guardians for all their concerns.
Assist with the coordination of the guest speakers/ lecturers and assist them with all their needs.
Assist with documenting the daily actives for the final reports and assist with any logistical concerns during the program.
Assist with recruitment for the participants in the program.
Ensure all program activities align with the program¿s goals and report any issues to Program Director.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Education, STEM related field or related area.
1-2 years of experience in program management, event coordination or similar role.
Some nights and weekend work may be required.
Lecturer/ Instructor
Create and deliver interactive lessons and activities to enhance the instructions that are related STEM areas such as science, Technology, engineering and mathematics for middle and high school students.
Participate in program related meetings to contribute program development and improvementthat aligns with the program goals and program budget.
Work with the coordinators and vendors for the procurement of educational supplies, kits, technology and other equipment needed to explore the STEM topics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, prefer Master¿s degree.
Proven experience in teaching, lecturing or presentation, especially STEM related subjects.
Experience using hands-on STEM activities, experiments and projects to promote student engagement.
Proficiency with STEM-related tools, software and educational technology.
Program Coordinator
Assist the Program Director and Project Manager with all aspects of the summer camp.
Serve as a point of contact for all campers and the parents/guardians for all their concerns.

Prior experience in program management, event coordination or administration, particularly in an education or summer camp setting.
Program Assistant – Content Delivery
Assists the Program Coordinator in planning and organizing the STEM educational content for the camp activities.
Assist with the preparation of the materials and resources for the daily activities.
Assist with documenting and tracking the student performance and progress in the activities.
Coordinate and assist the Instructors with the workshops, presentations and group projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Education, STEM fields or related.
Prior experience working with classrooms or group management, with the ability to support instructors.
Project Assistant – Logistics & Ops
Coordinate all travel appointments, securing transportation for the program participants.
Assist with all logistical aspects of the camp, including location setups, resource allocation and communicating to all venders or service providers.
Resolve all logistical challenges and adapt plans as needed to ensure a smoother operating camp.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, prefer in Education, Bus Admin or related field.
Prior experience in logistics coordination or event management.
Junior Instructor
Working with the Instructors to deliver lessons on computer science topics such as programing, algorithms, data structures and problem solving.
Assists with preparing lesson, monitoring student progress, assists the students with coding exercises and debugging code and assists with small group or one-on-one student support.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor¿s degree in Computer Science, Education or related field.
A solid understanding of computer science principles, including programming language, such Python, Java or C++, algorithms and problem-solving techniques.
Experience with working with students on coding exercises and projects.
Student Assistant II
Assist with the setup and breakdown of the camp activities and assists the Junior Instructors.
Helps coordinate the field trips, workshops and speakers.
Helps with the administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a student at the university with a focus on Education, STEM or related field.
Student Assistant I
Assist with the outreach and recruitment.
Assist with all administrative tasks and coordination of the camp activities and events.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a student at the university or a recent graduate with a focus on Education or administration.
Project Evaluator
Assist in developing and implementing assessment tools and methods to evaluate the program¿s effectiveness.
Collect data, analyze data and compile reports to measure the success of each student and the overall program.
Insure compliance with the Title III reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor¿s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
Experience with program evaluation, date collection and data analysis.
Strong understanding of assessment tools and evaluation techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis software, i.e. Excel, SPSS, R, or similar tools to process data.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong Organizational Skills.
Strong Understanding of STEM concepts, with the ability to engage students.
Experience working with educational programs or camps.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently win a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with parents/ guardians and managing family communication
