As an Associate Program Specialist, you will be part of the program management function supporting a dynamic team. $38.71/hr What’s the Job? Support administrative, clerical, and basic analytical tasks related to program administration. Coordinate prototype builds and manage data entry tasks using SAP and Excel. Track material required dates and maintain detailed shipping schedules. Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and recommend solutions. Assist in the registration of new programs and manage customer purchase orders. What’s Needed? A high school diploma or GED is required; a two or four-year degree in a related field is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and SAP. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
