Job Description
Supports new programs and initiatives by facilitating prototype builds, tracking materials and shipments, and handling documentation processes across internal teams and customer interactions. Enhance program management effectiveness through administrative, coordination, and data entry tasks. Support activities from prototype builds to shipping schedules and customer order tracking.
salary:
$24 – $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5
PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Perform clerical and analytical tasks supporting program administration. Coordinate prototype and preproduction builds via SAP, Excel, and Email. Register Program Names, Planning Numbers, and Development Codes using Excel, GMM/GiTA Salesforce. Manage new model/part registration and revisions using Salesforce, Winshuttle, Agile (Oracle), and SAP. Track Material Required Dates (MRDs), monitor shipping schedules, and track customer POs. Support GPMP and PLS programs by maintaining data in relevant systems. Contribute to team issue resolution and procedural improvements. Maintain Baseline, Plan, and Actual (BPA) project timing data. Other related duties as assigned.
