Job Description

We are seeking a •Supply Chain Program Specialist•to support program and project execution by coordinating materials, managing data workflows, and ensuring the on-time delivery of key components. This role enhances the effectiveness of our program management and customer support functions through hands-on coordination of prototype builds, SAP and Winshuttle data entry, and end-to-end tracking of program requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, supply chain knowledge, and a proactive mindset. •

Key Responsibilities:

•+ Support program and customer activities by coordinating prototype builds and tracking critical material requirement dates. + Enter and manage part and program data in SAP and Winshuttle systems to support accurate planning and execution. + Maintain detailed shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and components by monitoring customer purchase orders. + Work closely with project teams to resolve logistical issues and recommend process improvements. + Assist in new program and part registration processes and maintain accurate documentation. + Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. •

Qualifications:

•+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, or a related field — or equivalent years of relevant experience. + 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or program coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. + Experience with SAP, Winshuttle, or other ERP/data systems preferred. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. + Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. •

Pay Details:
