- This role will execute on the day-to-day implementation of the Truist Wholesale use of tickets, suites, external events & sponsorships strategy.
The role will be accountable to the Director of Client Engagement and will partner closely with marketing operations team/marketing events and sponsorship team for the execution of the monthly tickets, suites and sponsorships. This teammate will provide project support in the building of the ROI and measurement to help drive consistent processes across Wholesale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific activities may change from time to time. + Develop and manage moderately complex projects independently to achieve long-term objectives supporting the ticket, suites, external events and sponsorships strategy + Develop and execute activities and planning regarding strategies and initiatives that will enhance Wholesale ability to achieve revenue goals + Work closely with the Director of Client Engagement to develop and implement strategies based on consultations with business leaders inside and outside the business unit to achieve business objectives + Develop and execute process improvements to align with Truist goals and objectives + Make recommendations and implement new tools to help bring scalability to tickets, suites, external events and sponsorships. + Possess an in-depth understanding of client engagement functions, structure and processes and be able to integrate into all business functions + Have an overall understanding of the Wholesale line of business and supporting operating systems, policies and procedures throughout Truist

Required Qualifications:

- Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
- 5-8 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization
- Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in financial services / banking industry
- Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to summarize complex, detailed analysis into executive-level summarize
- Ability to lead by influence (relationship building).
- Knowledge of all Wholesale lines of business.
