Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in HR or records management is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in using case management tools; experience with ServiceNow is preferable
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    The HR Program Specialist I is responsible for managing the daily operational functions of the HR Records & Retention team.

This role involves handling HR records inquiries from Leadership, Employees, Legal, and Retirees in collaboration with our vendor, Conduent. The specialist will ensure the effective execution of client Record Retention policy, promoting proper record storage and retention practices across the organization

Key Responsibilities:
    Record Management:

    Partner with HR Leaders, Cross-Divisional Leaders, Legal, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to fulfill record requests efficiently and resolve inquiries in a timely manner

      Project Support:

      Provide execution support for ad-hoc requests related to special projects and urgent updates or changes within the business

        Case Management:

        Utilize the ServiceNow technology platform as the primary case management tool to receive and respond to record requests, employee inquiries, and issues/escalations on a daily basis

          Policy Education:

          Inform, educate, and inspire stakeholders on proper record retention policies and best practices across the client ecosystem

            Operational Excellence:

            Ensure compliance with client Record Retention policy and assist in the proper storage of records using

            ODM/DORS
