Job Description

Job Title:

 HR Program Specialist I

Duration:

12 months assignment

Location:

Atlanta, GA

Schedule :

8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily operational functions of the HR Records & Retention team. This role is responsible for the management of HR records inquiries initiated by Leadership, Employees, Legal and Retirees in partnership with our vendor Conduent. This role helps to deliver HR’s execution of Companies Record Retention policy to properly store records using ODM/DORS, inform, educate, and inspire proper record retention policies across the eco-system.
Partners with HR Leaders and Cross-Divisional Leaders, Legal and SMEs to successfully fulfill record requests, resolve questions/concerns in a timely and expeditious manner.
Provide execution support to ad-hoc requests for special projects and urgent updates/changes to our business.
Actively work the with ServiceNow technology platform as the case management tool used to receive and respond to record requests, employee questions and issues/escalations daily.
