PURPOSE OF ROLE

The Integrated Support Program Manager is responsible for strategic growth and high-quality deliverance of the agency’s comprehensive, supportive services, including workforce development and academic support. This is a mid-management role and provides support to all programs in carrying out the day-to-day responsibilities in order to fulfill the mission of Covenant House Georgia. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Covenant House Georgia reserves the right to unilaterally modify, remove, or add to any of the following: Upholds Covenant House Georgia standards of conduct, policies and procedures always Models appropriate, professional behavior for staff to establish and maintain superior services to youth in a safe and inviting atmosphere Maintain healthy relationships with all partnering organizations Oversee the day-to-day flow of services and maintain a robust monthly planner for services rendered in the Lifelong Learning Center Ensure enriched programming related to workforce development, academia, life skills, etc. Collaborate with Director of Support Services, Workforce Development Coordinator and Academic Support Coordinator to cultivate, implement, and maintain new corporate partnerships Facilitates communication with external workforce and academia partners to maintain up-to-date training curricula and pipelines to support youth Identifies, builds, and maintains social enterprise and certification program Collaborate with the Community Engagement Program Manager to support CHGA’s Youth Advisory Board, CHI’s Youth Congress, and the CoC’s Youth Committee Ensures compliance of files in accordance to specific city, state and federal guidelines and enters into Efforts to Outcomes and Client Track in a timely manner per the data integrity plan Participate in weekly case review and participate in support panels arranged by the Case Management team On-call Manager on Duty during assigned week rotation – respond to crisis calls, emergency calls, and/or other Covenant House Georgia needs within a reasonable time period Attend meetings, workshops and assist in the development of partnerships within the community Provides and encourages continuum of care approach for CHGA youth throughout various service programs Serves as a member of a multidisciplinary team, supporting the development of a plan of care that is based on individual strengths, needs abilities preferences Participates in organizational processes, as directed by the Director of Support Services, that may include policy review, risk management, etc Ensures that all buildings and surrounding areas are safe and free from any conditions that may cause harm or danger to youth, staff, volunteers, or visitors Participates in other CHGA programs and activities as required Establishes and maintains an effective working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, representatives of other agencies, and the public Effectively communicates, verbally and in writing, with both internal and external individuals and/or businesses Responds in a timely manner to emergencies and resolves issues Performs all other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Leadership/Supervisory Duties:

Provide Supervision to Academic Support Coordinator, Workforce Development Coordinator, AmeriCorps service members and direct reports as assigned Assist in interviewing, and evaluating direct care staff, student interns, and trainees Effectively communicates, verbally and in writing to include answering emails in a timely manner, with both internal and external individuals and/or businesses Ensure staff/interns/service members complete required documentation, including client records, service reports and administrative paperwork thoroughly and within 24-48 hours as directed in the data integrity plan. Provide training and professional development to staff, student interns and trainees on all procedures regarding the delivery of trauma informed services Assist in training of staff, participate in community forums, and agency events

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in human services required; master’s degree preferred; specialized licenses and certifications are a plus and a minimum of three years’ experience working with youth and three years of supervisory experience.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, SPECIALIZED TRAINING

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and clear professional boundaries. Demonstrated knowledge of sexual assault and domestic violence issues and prevention and intervention strategies Ability to work with clients and staff of varied backgrounds, educational levels, and ethnic origins. Must demonstrate acceptance and respect for cultural diversity in all its forms, including ethnicity, sexual orientation, abilities, and religious backgrounds. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Experience providing training and education on topics related to counseling practice Ability to work respectfully with diverse teams, build consensus and motivate change. Strong analytical skills Flexible, amiable, & willing to work as a team player Excellent organizational skills Must have strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database systems, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs Ability to work independently and be strength based

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to work a flexible schedule as required including non-traditional hours, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work standing, walking, and/or sitting a minimum of eight hours per day/shift. The ability to drive agency or personal vehicles to transport items and/or persons. Valid Georgia Driver’s License with acceptable driving record. Ability to travel as needed for training or to fulfill job requirements. Light lifting. Performs all duties as assigned.
