Architect of Customer Loyalty:

In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of loyalty offer management, ensuring seamless execution and a superior customer experience. You’ll collaborate with teams across Merchandising, Credit Services, and Pricing to craft and implement compelling offers that resonate with customers. This role is not just about execution; it’s about continuous improvement. You’ll analyze workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and champion data-driven enhancements to our loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities That Drive Results:

Offer Management Execution (70%): Lead the creation, configuration, and execution of promotional and loyalty offers within the offer management system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure offers align with business objectives, are accurately implemented, and deliver a seamless customer experience. Monitor offer performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Process Improvement and Optimization (20%): Continuously evaluate existing operational workflows related to offer management and customer support. Identify inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and implement process improvements to streamline execution, reduce manual effort, and improve overall accuracy and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document best practices and drive adoption of optimized procedures.
Tool and Platform Enhancement Recommendations (10%): Partner with the direct manager and Product teams to assess current tools and platforms used in loyalty operations. Analyze user feedback and operational pain points to identify areas of friction in the user experience. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance functionality, improve usability, and support long-term scalability of internal systems.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Prior experience in Store Operations, field support, or customer service with a large retail brand
Experience communicating with customers and directly resolving customer support issues
Strong skills in quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and strategic problem solving
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
Strong interpersonal skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24.00 to $30.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
