Responsibilities:
Performs a wide range of administrative duties to assist with the planning/management/coordination of the departments and programs of Northside Hospital. Position is characterized by the ability to handle complexity and diversity and by demonstrating initiative and the ability to problem solve. Incumbent must be able to tactfully and effectively communicate both accreditation/program policies and financial data to internal and external customers including physician faculty, learners and advisors, regulatory personnel, and members of hospital management and staff.
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
1. Three (3) years of directly related experience. 2. Level of proficiency in the use and application of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) 3. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgement and maintain confidentiality. 4. Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities. 5. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Demonstrated knowledge of business mathematics and business correspondence. 7. Successful completion of Medical Terminology or equivalent experience
