Job Description
Program Coordinator Empify Atlanta, GA 30326 • Hybrid work Job Overview The Program Coordinator is responsible for the seamless administration and execution of the Wealth Builders Academy and the WealthBuilders Community. This role involves managing program logistics, coordinating events and sessions, facilitating communication between participants and staff, tracking participant progress, and ensuring that all program components are delivered effectively. The Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a structured and supportive environment that fosters participant engagement and success. The Program Coordinator plays a key role in being responsible for ensuring programs inside the App runs smoothly from start to finish, providing the necessary support for participants, mentors, speakers and everyone facilitating the program. Duties 1.
Program Management:
Organize and schedule all program activities, and ensure that everything is set before the program starts. Coordinate logistics for the weekly virtual class, ensuring all technical and material needs are met. 2.
Participant Support:
Serve as a main point of contact for participants, answering inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Monitor participant engagement, temperature and progress, offering guidance to those who need additional support. Build relationships with participants to keep them engaged and encouraged throughout the program. 3.
Communication and Reporting:
Send regular updates, announcements, and reminders to participants. Track and report on participant attendance, progress, and engagement throughout the program. Send nurture and support communications and reminders to participants who are on payment plans. 4.
Resource Coordination:
Prepare and distribute educational materials, guides, challenges and progress forms. Work closely with Empify mentors and guest experts to ensure they have everything needed for their sessions. 5.
Data Management:
Collect and organize data from bi-weekly progress forms and other feedback mechanisms. Provide insights and reports to the program team to improve participant outcomes. Able to build initiative to support participants based on the collected feedback and information.
Key Tasks:
Outline what’s for beginners and what’s not Provide support during lost or behind session Manage and distribute educational videos Organize and execute program incentives Support during Live Q&A Ensure that blog write ups are posted from live class Draft and distribute text communication Coordinate Mindset speaker Oversee/be someone who just likes, comments, and engages on everyone’s post Design and implement weekly consistent program content calendar (does not include content designed to promote programs, classes or events Move program graduates to continuing education resources Distribute program classes, replays, guides, educational resources, and survey forms to participants. Monitor attendance, engagement, and form submissions. Regularly review feedback and program forms to provide recommendations on program changes Create and distribute report of program engagement and member progress Perform outreach and scheduling guest expert sessions and ensure all participants/guests are informed, motivated, and prepared. Collect and organize program testimonies by program/year Serve as the liaison between participants and program staff to resolve any issues or questions. Coordinate member-led connections after reviewing program trends/data
Experience Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to manage schedules, video/visual/written content, logistics, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively manage participant inquiries and program updates. Attention to
Detail:
Ability to track participant progress and ensure all program components are delivered accurately.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using online platforms for virtual sessions, data tracking, and community engagement.
Team Collaboration:
Experience working with mentors, guest experts, and other staff members to ensure program success.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Able to quickly address any issues or challenges that arise during the program.
Education experience:
At least 3 years of experience in managing or leading online educational programs

$55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
