In this position you will play a vital role in supporting our customers as they join and participate in the RightCycle Program—a pioneering sustainability initiative that helps organizations divert waste from landfills through responsible recycling. This includes guiding them through the enrollment process, assisting with online form completion, and providing instruction on how to access and use self-service data reports. The Specialist is also responsible for coordinating shipments from consolidation sites in the U.S. and Canada to recycling partners and resolving any shipping-related issues. Post-enrollment, the Specialist serves as a key point of contact, providing ongoing support and addressing customer questions or concerns to ensure a positive program experience. Customer Support & Program Enrollment Serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in the RightCycle Program Guide customers through the onboarding process, including explaining required forms and data and assisting with online submissions Answer questions and provide clear, friendly communication throughout each stage of enrollment Education & Training Share program materials and deliver basic training to customers and internal teams on participation requirements (e.g., how to prepare shipments, generate reports, or avoid contamination) Clearly explain the environmental benefits of the program in a relatable way, helping customers understand the impact of their participation Logistics Coordination Support the coordination of shipments from our consolidation sites in Reno, Quebec, and Charleston to recycling partners Help troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues by working with internal teams and external partners Data & Reporting Assist in maintaining accurate data for customer profiles, program enrollment, and waste stream approvals Help update dashboards and generate reports for both customers and sales teams Support the management of materials like signage and bins, ensuring timely shipments and accurate inventory tracking Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth experience for customers Help coordinate communications, kick-off events, and materials between customers, sales professionals, and program partners Continuous Improvement Look for ways to streamline and improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase program efficiency Help keep program documents and marketing materials up to date and relevant
