This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Atlanta office.
Key Responsibilities
What will the programme look like? The Sage Foundation Coordinator, NA will support the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and programs. This role involves coordinating community engagement activities, managing partnerships with non-profit organizations, and promoting the company’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Summary of the Role
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with Sage Foundation objectives
- Coordinate employee engagement events and volunteer activities that drive community impact and internal participation
- Track and measure program outcomes, ensuring impact is effectively reported and communicated to key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profits, community partners, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and program success
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the Foundation’s mission and enhance reach
- Promote CSR initiatives through internal and external communication channels including newsletters, social media, and intranet
- Prepare compelling content and represent Sage at community events, forums, and strategic CSR meetings
- Collect, manage, and analyze CSR-related data to inform decision-making and program improvements
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations for both internal leadership and external partners as required
- Provide administrative support to the Sage Foundation Leadership Team to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives What will make me successful?

- An effective communicator who can forge partnerships and maintain relationships to individuals of all levels internally and externally and who is sensitive to regional differences.
- Able to assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR programs and initiatives.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- An understanding of the regional / country charitable sector including grant giving and fundraising cultures and the challenges that come with working across a wide range of partnerships.
- Experienced with data handling – from creating reports to providing interpretations of them, able to report on performance, targets and impact and identify where areas of improvement can be made. Office Location
