Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Program Coordinator to provide support to our insurance program management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery, tracking, and ongoing management of integration projects between Stellantis Financial Services and partner organizations. The Insurance Program Coordinator will work closely with the project teams and stakeholders of all organizations to ensure project goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong efficient organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and an understanding of insurance concepts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain insurance roadmap between SFS, Stellantis, and vendor partners.
Facilitate, author, track, and archive intercompany data sharing statements of work and other legal documents.
Track and analyze project risks, project changes, team member involvement, and proactively recommend improvements and schedule adjustments as needed.
Communicate integration timeline, key dates, deliverable changes and new information to leadership.
Record meeting minutes and take detailed meeting notes on a regular basis.
Organize, plan, and schedule meetings, presentations, and insurance program related conferences.
Prepare and interpret reports, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insurance policies, claims, and insurance program-related documents.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring smooth, timely, and productive exchanges of information.
Manage ad-hoc project, administrative, and analytical tasks to ensure the effective operation of the program.

Required Experience:

Three (3) years minimum experience in auto-insurance operations, claims, sales, or a related field with a strong understanding of insurance terminology and processes (e.g., policy types, claims, renewals).
Four (4) years minimum experience as a Project Analyst/Coordinator, or similar role, with direct involvement in project management from conception to delivery, using project management software like Monday.com.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, administration, project management, insurance, or related field

Skills Required:

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced changing environment.
Excellent creativity, problem solving, and decision-making skills, including an understanding of when to escalate both technical and administrative decisions.
Ability and desire to quickly learn, continuously improve, and eliminate unnecessary barriers or complexity to meet customer needs.
Capable of building an environment of trust across teams and consistently exhibiting a positive demeanor. Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.
Travel 0-10% – as required on an as needed basis.
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX.

Qualifications Preferred:

Experience with insurance-related software or database management is a plus!
PMI certification, or other insurance industry designations, is highly preferred.
