Job Summary Leads the design and management of all components of organizational Talent Acquisition Programs including programs such as early career, internship, Veterans and DEI. Collaborates with human resources partners, talent acquisition, hiring managers, and other key business stakeholders to provide a best-in-class experience that attracts and builds a pipeline of talent nationwide. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Evaluates, enhances, and deploys engagement initiatives pertaining to various recruitment and diversity initiatives within the organization to increase talent attraction. Works cross-functionally with human resources partners and business partners to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational needs and objectives. Provides creative solutions to engage talent throughout all phases of programs and enhance the candidate experience. Supports workstreams, such as Program Steering Committees, to ensure effective program execution, while evaluating program performance for ongoing optimization efforts. Partners with brand and creative team to develop marketing materials and address creative needs for recruitment initiatives. Conducts research to identify industry trends and assess the competitive landscape for informed decision-making. Assists with engagement events and activities including career fairs, community events, program specific events as needed to support talent acquisition programs. Collaborates with corporate communications and corporate marketing to increase awareness of talent acquisition initiatives and enhance the organization’s employer brand. Nature and Scope Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results. Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues. May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributes to employees’ professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
