D., LMSW, ACSW, Ed.
S., MSW, MS, MA, M.Ed., M.Div., or a closely related degree from an accredited college, university, or seminary). B. Minimum of five (5) years child care experience, preferably in a residential treatment setting and working with sexual abuse. At least three (3) years of these five preferably in supervisory experience. C. Have the ability to work well with others. Be able to communicate effectively in one-on-one dialogue in small group discussions, and have some skills in public speaking. D. Act as an advocate of the Agency’s program, the social work profession, and quality child care treatment. Adhere to and uphold, to the best of one’s ability, the highest standards in techniques, theory, practice of quality family and child care programs. E. To the best of your ability present a positive role model at all times. II. Organizational Relationships and General Description A. Reports to the Executive Director. III. Description of Key Responsibilities A. Directs Programs at Bradfield Campus Ault Academy, and Connections. Supervises Residential Life Coordinator, Education Coordinator, Human Services Professional, Admissions Coordinator, and Food Services Coordinator. Makes necessary decisions for these in their absence. 1. Evidenced by successful ORCC reviews. 2. Increasingly less negative deficiencies, citations or negative comments. Increasingly more positive comments. 3. All deficiencies/citations are corrected within ORCC stated time frame. 4. I/A reflects decreased medical interventions. 5. Monthly I/As will be reviewed for trends allowing Program Director necessary data to implement changes . 6. PAI reviews completed on time. 7.

All consumer reviews completed on time with high regard for our customers and referral sources. 9. Promotes strength – based, family-focused and community connected philosophy throughout programs. B. Maintains Ault Academy Accreditation as applicable. Maintains Ault Academy DOE approval. Will act as Education Coordinator at Ault Academy as needed. 1. Expectation evident in responsibility description. C. Works with Residential Life Coordinator regarding physical upkeep of facilities. 1. Ensures weekly inspections are completed with favorable results. Residential staff and youth will make minor repairs commensurate with ability to give ownership of cottage and grounds. Maintenance Coordinator, mentors and volunteers may help this process. 2. Ensures that morale issues are addressed in a timely manner. D. Conducts weekly supervision sessions with HSP. 1. Meets weekly with individual to review ISP’s and address any case management issues related to youth in care. 2. Utilizes input from psychiatrist, psychologist and other treatment team members to ensure quality case management. 3. Utilizes input from residents, caseworkers/custody holders, family members to enhance the quality of care. E. Completes relevant policies and procedures required for COA. 1. Works with CQI Director & Committees throughout COA process. 2. All programs will receive 1’s and 2’s from COA on first and second order standards. F. Maintains budget and assists in preparation of FY budget. Budget for all areas under Program Director’s direct or indirect supervision will remain in the black. 1. Zero deficit spending G. Works with Admission Coordinator to maintain budgeted census. 1. Reaches out to consumers and referral sources in need of our services in conjunction with Executive Director, Deputy Director, Admissions Coordinator, and the Marketing Coordinator. H. Coordinates volunteer services for clinical/educational/clerical volunteers, on a campus-wide basis. 1. Volunteers are adequate in number, trained and recognized for effective work. I. As a member of the Sr. Management Team, provides strategic leadership of the Organization. 1. Participates in Sr. Management decisions. 2. Sr. Management decisions reflect the vision and mission of the Organization. 3. Works closely with CQI Director to improve quality of program under her supervision. 4. Attends Board, Executive and Finance Committee meetings as requested. J. Manages employee vacation usage. 1. Assists HR in monitoring subordinate employee vacation accrual. 2. Encourages subordinate employees to take vacations.
