Position Description:

The Retail Program Specialist is responsible for overseeing the administration, data integrity, and operational execution of membership-based rewards and loyalty programs within ATD. This role manages all aspects of enrollment, eligibility tracking, and program fulfillment for both internal and manufacturer-supported initiatives. A critical focus of the position is on ensuring accurate and timely data loading, maintaining alignment between internal systems and vendor records, and supporting the sales team with reliable program insights. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing large volumes of data across multiple systems. This position is fully onsite Monday – Friday in Rock Spring, GA.

Program Enrollment & Eligibility Management:

Oversee enrollment processes for membership and rewards programs, ensuring all participating dealers are properly vetted, enrolled, and tracked within internal databases.

Data Loading & System Accuracy:

Manage the regular upload of sales and program data from multiple sources. Ensure accuracy in file formatting, data mapping, and system integration to support rewards calculation and eligibility.

Program Status Communication:

Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales regarding enrollment status—communicating approvals, denials, cancellations, and updates in a timely, clear manner.

Vendor & Manufacturer Record Alignment:

Reconcile ATD enrollment and performance data with manufacturer and third-party program partners. Resolve discrepancies and maintain a single source of truth.

Rewards Tracking & Fulfillment Support:

Monitor dealer performance against rewards program criteria. Support the calculation and distribution of rewards, rebates, or incentives based on predefined program rules.

Reporting & Analytics Support:

Assist in the compilation of performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly summaries. Highlight data anomalies or trends that impact program effectiveness.

Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

Maintain documentation of data processes and workflows. Recommend process enhancements to improve automation, accuracy, and user experience.

Marketing & Engagement Collaboration:

Partner with the marketing and sales teams to promote program value and ensure clear communication of program changes, benefits, and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience with membership or loyalty program administration, preferably in a B2B or retail environment Strong proficiency in Excel, data loading processes, and working with large datasets Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or incentive management systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical data to non-technical stakeholders Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT This position is fully onsite Monday – Friday in Rock Spring, GA.
