Job Description
Responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of the wound care program operations, in conjunction with Hospital and Company standards, protocols, guidelines, policies and procedures for program operations. Responsible for working with appropriate Hospital and/or Company personnel to ensure adequate space, equipment, supplies, and services for wound care program. Accesses and analyzes existing data including patient satisfaction, develops monthly operation reports, make recommendations and take action as appropriate to insure compliance and success of program. Acts as a member of hospital management team, cultivating and maintaining relationship with hospital clients and developing opportunities for program expansion. Complies with established safety practices. Competencies (Skills): A. Demonstrates a high degree of management confidence; including supervisory, leadership, and motivational skills. B. Demonstrates a high degree of organizational and analytical skills as well as effective written and oral communication skills. C. Demonstrates knowledge and skill in sales/marketing and processes effective problem solving and negotiation skills. D. Takes initiative and works independently in a fast paced environment. F. Possess knowledge of budgeting and Profit and Loss (P&L). G. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
Previous health care management experience in a program operations setting including some background in sales/marketing preferred. Bachelor’s degree in related field or at least 5 years experience in a wound care ambulatory setting in a supervisory position
