North Trenton Street, Ruston, LA 71270 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to lead and manage our programs focused on individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and program management, demonstrating the ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to program development, budgeting, and administrative tasks to ensure the success of our initiatives. Duties Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality services to the elderly & individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Coordinate staff scheduling to make sure individuals are well served. Fill in on an as needed basis. Facilitate both individual & group activities for those we serve. Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to promote program visibility and engagement. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements. Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in delivering quality person centered care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support for individuals served by the programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. A caring heart with the desire to serve others. Experience in supervising staff a plus. Experience working with the elderly & individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Certified to administer medications or the ability & willingness to do so. Excellent relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. $32,000.00 – $44,720.00 per year
