School Leadership and Management Description:
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements in areas of responsibility. Knowledge of current

with other departments and agencies. Skill in maintaining effective interpersonal communications.
Ability to plan, establish priorities, and implement activities for maximum effectiveness.
Job Summary:
To assist the Director of Student Services in the provision of student services functions,
programming, compliance, interagency relationships, and services; and to provide oversight,
direction, and implementation of assigned program area(s).
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or higher in Education or related field from an accredited educational institution.
2. Valid Florida Educator Certificate and/or Licensure.
3. Minimum of five (5) years’ classroom teaching and/or Student Services related fields such as School Psychology, School Counseling, or School Social Worker experience.
4. Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
