is $58,661.60 Program Coordinator-Prevention Program Job Summary Odyssey House Louisiana, Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator for the Prevention Program. The schedule is 8am-5pm including nights and weekends as needed for outreach events and educational interventions. The Program Coordinator is responsible for delivering training on

HIV/AIDS

education and stigma to various audiences. The Program Coordinator is responsible for creating curriculums, disseminating information, data entry, and administrative tasks. This is a one-year grant scheduled to end on October 2025. Responsibilities and Duties It is the duty and responsibility of the Program Coordinator to: Develop training curriculums specific to

HIV/AIDS

; Conduct educational trainings for community members and partners; Develop printed material and educational resources necessary for training purposes; Support the development of various resources, including but not limited to: reports, toolkits, protocols, training and supporting documents; Work collaboratively with all employees and business partners; Organize workload to complete responsibilities in an appropriate and timely manner; Maintain an up-to-date work calendar; Maintain comprehensive documentation of all activities for data collection; Responsible for administrative tasks as directed by the Program Manager; Assist with special projects as directed by the Program Manager; Attend and participate in management, staff meetings, and vendor service meetings as requested; Exhibit commitment to personal and agency-wide goals; Promote a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to Agency policies and procedures; Maintain confidentiality of all Agency and patient related information; Attend and participate in staff and vendor service meetings; Adhere to all HIPAA regulations by protecting the privacy & security of all patient/client health information; Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Minimum qualifications include the following: At least 1 year of health education delivery experience Excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite Indigent and diverse population service experience

Preferred:

Preferred qualifications include the following: Master’s Degree Skilled and experienced in delivery of health education topics to diverse populations Knowledge of various healthcare issues affecting the community served by the Agency Bilingual – English/Spanish, English/Vietnamese Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package includes insurance (health, dental, vision, life, long-term and short-term disability), leave benefits and 401k match.
