About This Role We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for providing program support and work closely with Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers. This position can be a feeder into the Program Manager career track or other areas such as Finance, Contracts, Business Development, etc. Responsibilities Develop and maintain program schedules with guidance from the Principal/Manager, Program Planning & Scheduling. Serve as a cross-departmental and cross-organizational conduit for information, job tasks, and material flow. Develop, update, and maintain schedule performance metrics, related processes, and management tools within the business units, including, but not limited to, critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment. Support program managers with coordinating activities of various internal departments to ensure project goals for cost, schedule and scope are maintained. Perform Control Account Manager duties on schedule and cost performance, forecasts, and risks. Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the stakeholders during execution of the program, including Procurement, Integrated Supply Chain, and the Customer. Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews and prepares CAMs for schedule surveillance/audits.
