5:30am-2pm

$18.15/hour

This includes, but is not limited to: greeting clients, customerservice, monitoring for client and staff safety, and communicatingwith clients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides clients inand out of the program orderly. Effectively managing crowd controland monitoring for safety and alertness both in the common areas ofthe program, including the parking lot. Using de-escalation andtrauma informed strategies to manage conflict among clients andvisitors in the program and utilize staff support as needed.

Qualifications Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.

Prior experience working in customer service, security, and/or withindividuals with substance use disorders. Computer experience andfamiliarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Wordrequired. •CA •CB HVR122
