Preference for local candidates to work out of our Wakefield, MA office 3 days/week. Here’s what you’ll do: Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive verbal and written communication, relationship building, and dependable service across all levels of stakeholder engagement. Support the development of industry standards by leading and executing the daily operations of client-facing working groups, committees, and boards-this includes: Coordination, scheduling, agenda and meeting material development, meeting facilitation, and minute-taking Proactively communicate with client leadership to establish meeting cadence, deliver reference materials, and ensure participants are onboarded and supported. Ensuring effective tracking and follow-through on key decisions, action items, and deliverables across all areas of the organization. Manage collaboration platform administration, working group rosters, and attendance tracking with a strong focus on accuracy. Apply a process-driven, systematic approach to maintain consistency and quality across all working group activities. Align efforts and outcomes with broader programmatic and strategic objectives. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve procedural documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability across support operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-such as events, finance, marketing, and technology-to deliver successful events, webinars, marketing collateral, reports, and tools aligned with client priorities and technical initiatives. Embrace continuous learning and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools to support clients operating in standards-driven, nonprofit, and tech-focused environments. Maintain and analyze program data to generate accurate reports that enable informed, data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement. Support execution of strategic plans and implementation of client policies, programs, and membership initiatives to advance engagement and organizational goals. Execute and manage client membership processes, including handling inquiries, onboarding, renewals, and benefit delivery with a client-first, solution-oriented mindset. Engage and coordinate with global stakeholders, thoughtfully and professionally navigating cultural differences and international protocols to foster inclusive and respectful collaboration, whether online or in person. As our next Program Specialist, TechnologyStandards, you will bring: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) required. 3-6 years’ experience in project coordination, client services, or an industry association/professional agency environment. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to connect the dots between details and big-picture strategy.

Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools, technologies, and subject matter. Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite. Self-starter who works independently with initiative and confidence, while also collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams. Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with composure and good judgment. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 2-4 times per year), including occasional work outside standard business hours as needed. Experience working with multiple cultures across all time zones a plus. The target hiring range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 USD (annually). The starting base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
