Senior Program Manager Job Description Responsibilities:

EnsuresProject(s) / Program(s) performance to cost, schedule and technicalrequirements as well as compliance with government regulations andcompany policy. Builds customer and internal team relationships.

Assists with business development group in developing competitiveproposals and bids. Provides regular presentations to leadershipand internal stakeholders on project performance, including Riskand Opportunities assessment to success. May provide day to daydirection of cross functional development & manufacturing team.

Escalates business execution issues to functional leadership foradjustments to human resources, processes, commodities and tools.

Establishes and maintains positive relationships with Customers andSponsors to ensure alignment and support. Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field 5 years ofrelated experience in program management or multiple functionsworking with program management. Will be required to obtainSecurity Clearance
