Job Description
Group Leader 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Roxbury, MA 02118 Assist the implementation of all program activities that reinforce lessons learned during the school day and expose students to a broad range of interesting, developmentally appropriate areas such as the arts, education, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of developmentally appropriate program activities. Provide supervision and discipline of students participating in program sessions. As appropriate, participate in collaborative programs and events based within the school. As appropriate, participate in program/service outcome measurement processes and data collection requirements. Secure and maintain materials, equipment and other resources belonging to the program area(s). Maintain cleanliness of program area(s). Participate in individual and group supervision sessions. Other related duties as specified by the After-School Director.

Qualifications:
