Maintains quality assurance and safety measures of program resources including group materials and curriculum developed for clients age 2-6. Facilitates PT-1 arrivals and dismissals. Provides adequate program organization and supervision, including oversight of group schedules and facilitates communication between BCBA’s and administrative team. This position is a hybrid model that will include working direct 20 hrs per week and program coordination 20 hrs per week.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Maintains compliance of staff to client ratios in insurance based program. Developing and modifying curriculums for all clients that correlate with treatment goals Leads groups in various activities and delegates responsibilities to BT’s as needed. Instruct staff on setup, cleanup, and shared area maintenance. Supporting consistent implementation of Behavior Support Plans Weekly development and implementation of curriculum (Various age appropriate group activities) Always use professional language when discussing client/staff progress Assist with training and support of newly hired staff Covers absences if needed Strives to maintain quality care while effectively utilizing resources and identifies and reports any quality or utilization issues to the Program Director. Able to give feedback in a professional manner Performs other duties as required.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED AND EXPERIENCE

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Certification Required 2 Yrs. Experience in ABA treatment 1 Yr. experience in insurance-based services Experience in curriculum development planning, teaching, and coaching Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong self-management skills with the ability to multi-task Strong decision-making skills. Knowledge of cultural competency and sensitivity towards target population. Ability to provide services that encompass the individual’s broad range of needs; Must work closely with staff members from all departments (Clinical and Administration team) within the organization to ensure appropriate client outcomes and resource utilization.
