Housing Choice Voucher Specialist 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 12 Stone Street, Brunswick, ME 04011 The BHA has an opening for a full-time HCV (Housing Choice Voucher) Program Specialist. This is a responsible position, which shall report directly to the Housing Programs Manager. This person will be responsible for maintaining the HCV Centralized Waitlist, issuing and tracking of tenant based housing choice vouchers, and ensuring accuracy of annual and interim re-certifications for the housing choice voucher program. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of State and Federal subsidized housing programs. They must be knowledgeable of administrative office skills, have experience working with computers and various software programs, communicate effectively both verbally and written, be able to handle multiple tasks, work in a team environment and enjoy working with and around other people. Pay is commensurate with experience, and we offer an excellent fringe benefit package.
Minimum requirements:
