Program Support Specialist-HCV Program 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 30 Liza Harmon Drive, Westbrook, ME 04092 Westbrook Housing is seeking a new full time Program Support Specialist to join our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher department! The Program Support Specialist plays a crucial role in keeping our vouchers fully utilized by interacting closely with applicants from the application stage to occupancy and everything in-between. The Program Support Specialist will answer applicant questions, schedule briefings, run reports, send and track verifications, mail correspondence, determine applicant eligibility, and keep the information updated in the software system. The Program Support Specialist provides administrative support to the department by keeping forms updated, creating briefing packets and assisting with the annual recertification process. The Program Support Specialist will also provide back up support to the Front End Office staff as needed. The Program Support Specialist must be able to work as a member of a team, have the ability to multi-task, use the company software programs, possess the ability to problem solve issues and provide excellent customer service.
