POSITION SUMMARY
Get ready to work out, play board games, join in on fun adventures, and get paid for doing it! Lead teen members who are in need of support in after-school activities as well as guiding/helping them adjust and grow within the program guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Demonstrate willingness to participate in all areas of the program.
Demonstrate ability to offer guidance and support to teens experiencing behavioral, emotional, and/or physical challenges .
Plan and implement daily curriculum for members to follow.
Ability to observe student behavior and assess its appropriateness, enforce relevant safety regulations and emergency procedures, and apply appropriate behavior management techniques.
Guide any member with behavior, attitude, or emotional problems, referring any serious problems to the Teen Programs Manager.
Assist with all program activities.
Maintains safety, cleanliness, and discipline of teens, program area and equipment.
