As a growing organization dedicated to patient care, training, and research, the Thompson Center hosts 15 different specialty areas and is expanding into a new, state-of-the-art facility. This role is integral to ensuring clinical trainees have an enriching and well-coordinated experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule educational experiences for clinical trainees
• Coordinate the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) Fellowship
• Maintain the learner calendar for clinical divisions
• Collaborate with psychiatry fellowship personnel
• Provide trainees with pre-rotation information about the Thompson Center
• Organize orientation sessions, overlapping didactics, journal clubs, and other educational activities
• Oversee the vetting process for trainees, including access management (RedCap, shared drive, Milestone, PowerChart)
• Track associated training hours
• Develop practice standards for trainees and supervisors This position offers a dynamic opportunity to support future professionals and contribute to the Thompson Center’s mission. Shift Variable hours
