What You’ll Do:

Coordinate and oversee services, case management, and behavior intervention plans for individuals served. Ensure quality of care, compliance, and positive outcomes for individuals and families. Develop engaging activities and quality services tailored to each person’s needs. Build trusting relationships with families, case managers, and community partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injury, or at-risk youth preferred. Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance. Required state licensure/training (CPR, First Aid, etc.).
