PQC Specialist Position Available In Cole, Missouri

PQC Specialist Missouri Hospital Association 4712 Country Club Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109 The Missouri Hospital Association and the Perinatal Quality Collaborative department is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to provide direct technical implementation support, assisting with the implementation of evidence-based practices and supporting data collection from assigned Missouri Perinatal Quality Collaborative members through voluntary contract-funded programs to reduce severe maternal morbidity and mortality in Missouri. This position is funded through a contract with a minimum two-year funding expectation to support the work of the Missouri Perinatal Quality Collaborative. Continuation of this position is dependent on renewals of this or related contracts. A bachelor’s degree in health services, health sciences, nursing or other health‑related field of study or equivalent experience and training is preferred. Training and/or experience in maternal population health is highly preferred. A strong background in implementation science and project management is desirable. Must have effective, professional communication and customer service skills. Must have experience and demonstrate a high comfort level in leading and facilitating meetings and with public speaking. Experience with interpreting and explaining quantitative and qualitative data is required. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products. This position may be eligible for working remotely on a full-time basis depending on the geographic location and skillset of the employee. Ideally, candidate would live within driving distance from our corporate office in Jefferson City, Missouri, as the employee will be requested to attend meetings in person from time to time.
