Program Specialist Northeast Missouri Caring Communities, Inc. Trenton, MO Job Summary NEMOCC is hiring a Program Support Network Specialist. This role is part of Missouri’s statewide quality initiative to support childcare professionals gain knowledge and improve skills through professional development training opportunities with follow-up support. The ideal candidate must have the following experience either : Associate’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, Child Development, Social Work, or a closely related field (approval required) and have a least 2 years of professional experience working with children ages birth through 5, or Child Development Associate (CDA) (infant-Toddler or Preschool or Family Child Care) and have at least 3 years of professional experience working with children ages birth through 5 years. Please include you MOPD number. Responsibilities Provide in-person trainings when childcares are closed (evenings and weekends), and targeted trainings when the childcare programs are open. Travel within the 27- county region Complete all required reports Experience Excellent public speaking skills Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of programs. Familiarity with data collection methods for program assessment. Experience with social media management for promotional purposes. Bonus for experience in Canva, Constant Contact, and Zoom. The Program Support Specialist could be a hybrid remote position, with flexible hours, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and 20-40 hours per week. This position will require reliable transportation and reliable internet access. The ability to pass background checks in MACHS and FCSR is also a requirement.
