As a member of the Federation of Catholic Charities, we serve the metropolitan and surrounding St. Louis area through four core programs: prevention, education, treatment, and housing. Position Summary Under the direction of the Quality Manager, provide support in the day-to-day operations of the Mental Health and Substance Use service line quality department. Overview and Responsibilties Facilitate the daily tasks of the record request process, including reviewing requests, obtaining records, tracking and scanning requests into the EHR and reviewing documentation with Director of Quality Assist in implementation and monitoring of Trauma Informed Care and Zero Suicide initiatives, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes, assisting with projects, and being a champion of the initiatives throughout the service line Assisting in case record review processes and participate in quarterly file audits Assist in implementation and data collection of client satisfaction surveys Receive and distribute faxes, mail, and other communication for the Quality Department Overview and Responsibilities Tracking training completion and compliance with regulations. Assist with arranging and presenting ministry specific trainings, tracking attendance and completing and distributing CE certificates. Register new coworkers in Relias and assigning training specific to their role Assist with best practice research projects Support the Quality Improvement Committees at Queen of Peace Center and Saint Louis Counseling, including preparing materials, taking meeting minutes, and completing assigned projects to advance the work of each committee Utilize spreadsheets and pivot tables for data analysis Assist with Catholic Charities and MH/SUD service line accreditation activities, including participation on workgroups and completing projects as assigned Support the Director of Quality on other pertinent projects as needed Serve on Safety and Environment of Care committees Assist in data management for outputs and outcomes that require manual aggregation and analysis Knowledge and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field Skills and Competencies Required Ability to: understand regulations, quality standards and best practices communicate effectively to individuals and groups Understand behavioral health regulations Proficient in Excel Ability to utilize and navigate EHR systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Queen of Peace Center does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its federally assisted programs and activities.
