About Ameren Services (B&CS) Ameren Services provides administrative support and services to Ameren Corporation and its operating companies, subsidiaries and affiliates. The goal of the Skilled Craft Education Program (SCEP) program is to prepare and pipeline students for full time employment into our entry level apprenticeships. The program includes job readiness skills, pre-employment testing tools, ambassador partnerships/demos and tours aligned to support curriculum development and the opportunity to compete for full time careers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED Must be a current/recent Skilled Craft Education Program participant
Hourly Pay:
Grade Step OA 087 Step 1 of 1 (Top Step) – 24.15 USD Position is eligible for annual incentive payments based on company performance and subject to sole management discretion.
