About the Position
This position will be in the Performance Reporting Department and will be housed in the State Office. This position will implement and monitor compliance with the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) System processes, including Eligible Training Providers, MDES, Employers, One Stop Operators, Local Workforce Development Area Staff, and Registered Apprenticeships. This position will manage and provide quarterly data from the
ETA 9173 WIOA
Title I and Title III Program Performance Indicator Report as well as ad hoc reports as needed. The position will provide WIOA Title I eligibility and statistical performance data to internal and external staff/providers. Research, collect and analyze data to develop and maintain spreadsheets for the State and each Local Workforce Development Area WIOA Title I and Title III Performance Negotiation process. Serve as ETPL Administrator/Help Desk to provide programmatic and technical assistance to internal and external providers/staff as related to WIOA, in addition to other departmental duties as assigned. Must have a valid driver’s license and pass an extensive background check.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university and 2-4 years of experience.
