It entails the following:
resolving concerns and requests from subgrantees, gathering and analyzing data to diagnose concerns with the Virtual ROMA Client Tracking System, approving/denying agency vendor request additions, updating subgrantees on the status of their concern requests, logging service requests and updating tickets as needed in JIRA Software, and providing technical and training assistance to subgrantees as required with the Virtual ROMA System. Candidate must have one (1) year of experience in working with grant programs and two (2) year systems support. What you’ll need to be Successful Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software, demonstrate integrity, excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept with a variety of multimedia, ability to adapt quickly, courteous, ability to maintain confidentiality and ability to develop and maintain relationships.
