You will also lead engaging STEM activities at various community events 2-3 times per month. You will play a pivotal role in engaging children and educators utilizing provided curriculum and materials while being supported by CreativeHUT’s Master Trainer. The role will focus on delivering workshops, supporting community impact initiatives, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for STEAM education, hands-on learning, and building meaningful partnerships with schools and community groups.

Responsibilities:

Program Delivery & Impact Execution Use provided curriculum to high-quality training sessions, workshops, and community impact projects that align with CreativeHUT’s mission. Ensure the successful execution of sold workshops, working closely with partners, educators, and community leaders. Engage children and educators through interactive and innovative learning experiences across multiple sectors. Customer Satisfaction & Reporting Collect and report key data points, including engagement numbers, impact reports, customer feedback, and recommendations for future improvements. Maintain high Net Promoter Score (NPS) ratings by ensuring exceptional training delivery and customer experience. Regularly assess and improve workshop effectiveness based on feedback, engagement metrics, and community needs. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Work closely with schools and community groups to deliver impactful experiences for students, teachers, and community members. Support the Master Trainer in expanding CreativeHUT’s educational reach and influence by delivering exceptional experiences. Represent CreativeHUT at events, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring strong advocacy for our mission.

Qualifications:

✔ Passionate about STEAM education, hands-on learning, and community impact. ✔ Proven experience in teaching, training, or workshop delivery. ✔ Strong ability to engage with children and educators. ✔ Experience in measuring impact and reporting on workshop success. ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills. ✔ Experience with educational STEAM products, such as Sphero, LEGO Robotics, Ozobot, etc. ✔ Ability to drive large van to and from workshops.

Schedule & Benefits:

This role will require leading STEAM workshops in schools up to 3x/week, with flexibility in day of week selection. Each workshop day will be billed at a rate of $150/day with a lunch stipend of $15 provided. All workshops will take place during the school day (summer workshop opportunities will exist, but will follow a different schedule). There may be the opportunity for additional days up to 5x/week beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. Outside of this schedule, there will be additional community events that will be required, and these may fall outside of the normal M-F work week. These events will be communicated and agreed upon in advance and will be billed at $20/hour (on weekdays) or $25/hour (on weekends). 2-3 events per month can be expected.
