About the Position
Mid-level Program Management and Support professional position accountable for directing, analyzing, and supervising the processes and activities of a more complex agency program. Employees are responsible for the planning, evaluation, financial and management analysis, and operational auditing of a large and complicated program consisting of multiple projects. Employees at this level typically have specialized technical skills and exercise a higher degree of decision making and independence. Accountable for training and monitoring the work of lower-level program staff. Individual will work in the Division of Workforce Development and Partnership Management as a liaison between TANF Subgrant partners, the community and working with MDHS programs. They will also perform programmatic reviews related to Economic Programs throughout the State. This is a Non-State, TIME-LIMITED (14) position
What you’ll need to be Successful
Excellent reading, time management skills, well organized and self-motivated. Proficient in Word, Excel and must have great communication skills.
