This is a Seasoned professional position accountable for researching, consulting, planning, promoting, implementing, or evaluating a public health program, service, or grant or implementing environmentally influenced public health laws and regulations. Accountable for supporting health program teams through accomplishing or contributing to components of more complex work or programs. At this level, employees conduct routine training for the public, identify best practices, and research and develop components of future programs for implementation. Individual completes CHW Certification Training Program. Individual completes training for and provides disease self-management education to reduce risk factors for chronic disease and/or improve management of chronic conditions. What you’ll need to be Successful Individual is knowledgeable of and links community members to community resources for
COVID-19
education, testing, and vaccination and support for disease prevention and management. Ability to conduct basic research and analysis (e.g. market research, audit of program effectiveness, budget analysis, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience.
