Major Functions:

The Behavioral Program Coordinator is responsible for managing and analyzing data related to Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services. This role involves overseeing care coordination across multiple departments, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, and managing performance metrics through healthcare data insights. The Coordinator will support strategic goals by providing data-driven insights for operational improvements.

Essential Functions:

Ø Generate data validation reports to ensure quality and completeness, ensuring all submissions meet standards. Ø Track patient service numbers and performance metrics through the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Ø Present data-driven insights at internal and external meetings, identifying trends to support program improvement. Ø Oversee BHSE project operations, promoting collaboration across departments for cohesive service delivery. Ø Manage project timelines, tracking milestones to ensure targets are met promptly. Ø Ensure adherence to grant requirements, maintaining program integrity and accountability. Ø Coordinate with compliance teams to address any discrepancies or issues related to grant standards. Ø Transform data insights into strategies to improve program effectiveness, patient outcomes, and access to services. Ø Identify opportunities for sustainable growth based on trends and performance metrics. GACFHC reserves the right to revise or change job duties, work sites and responsibilities as the need arises. Relationships:

Directly reports to the Deputy Director of Programs Officer, with frequent or continuous contact with the Chief Programs Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Medical Director, requesting organizational elements, department heads, receiving parties, and vendors.

Educational/Skills:

Ø A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred. Ø At least 3 years of experience in project management or healthcare administration, with expertise in behavioral health or SUD services or health-related fields, is preferred. Ø Strong analytical and data management skills, proficient in EHR systems. Ø Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of overseeing multi-departmental projects. Ability to communicate data insights effectively to various stakeholders. Experience with grant compliance and healthcare regulations is highly desirable.

Mental Demands:

Ø Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in data reporting.

Physical Demands:

Must continuously listen and visualize, and have dexterity and eye-hand coordination, ability for grasping, and speed work. Frequently sit, squat, reach, use both right and left forearm rotation, and walk. Must occasionally kneel, twist, have the ability to grasp firmly, lift, carry, push, pull, or lift more than 10 lbs. Requires manual dexterity to be sufficient to type at least 50 wpm, telephone etiquette, and the ability to operate office equipment.
