Second-level professional position in a more complex public assistance programs that evaluates the effectiveness of benefit and eligibility programs by auditing processes and reporting finding to the stakeholder. At this level, employees have demonstrated competence within their area of expertise and are resources for solving complex problems involving multiple programs or issues and coordination of benefits across multiple programs or reconciliation of benefits in programs involving both state and federal laws and regulations. At this level, employees may advocate in an appeals process. May be required to perform case management work. What you’ll need to be Successful Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
