Responsibilities:

Supervise and support on-site staff remotely by reviewing daily reports, attendance logs, incident summaries, and other operational data. Conduct structured virtual meetings with site managers/staff each day to review updates, resolve issues, and provide guidance. Monitor program performance metrics, staffing levels, and student enrollment to ensure program quality and compliance. Coordinate schedules, staffing coverage, and resource allocation across multiple sites. Follow up on incidents, behavior reports, and parent communications submitted by on-site teams. Ensure that all site operations align with program policies, safety standards, and organizational goals. Provide coaching, accountability, and ongoing support to on-site teams. Maintain accurate records and documentation across programs using internal systems. Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, tools, and overall program delivery.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in program coordination, youth services, or education (after-school experience preferred). Proven experience managing or supporting staff, even in a remote setting. Strong ability to interpret and act on reports, data, and feedback. Excellent virtual communication and facilitation skills (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). Highly organized, self-directed, and dependable in a fast-paced remote environment. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and basic data tracking tools.
