ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive strategic execution across multiple job sites—coordinating teams, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the key point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders, you’ll shape project outcomes and strengthen relationships that fuel our continued success. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead Project Strategy:
Develop and implement end-to-end project plans, aligning goals, timelines, and milestones to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Drive Execution:
Manage daily project activities, track deliverables, and align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Inspire Teams:
Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration across diverse project teams.
Oversee Budgets & Contracts:
Create and manage budgets, control costs, and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to maximize value.
Ensure Quality & Safety:
Uphold safety standards and enforce quality controls through regular inspections and proactive issue resolution.
Mitigate Risks:
Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and in compliance.
Strengthen Client Partnerships:
Serve as the primary liaison with clients—building trust through consistent communication, transparency, and problem-solving.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven knowledge of construction project lifecycle, planning tools, and delivery methodologies. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a knack for managing people, timelines, and competing priorities. Confidence in financial oversight, budgeting, and vendor negotiations. Expertise in risk management, compliance, and safety regulations. High emotional intelligence and professionalism in client-facing situations. Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 10+ years in construction project/program management 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams
Preferred:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification
