Threshold Clubhouse is an outstanding evidence-based clubhouse model program located in Durham NC. This FTE position is an opportunity to be a part of this transformative model of recovery for adults diagnosed with severe mental illness.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing, Planning, and facilitating meals cooked for and with Threshold members. Create engaging health and wellness activities. Menu Planning and health and wellness programming. Managing a member caseload of 10-20.

We Need Someone With:

A degree in a relevant field (BA/BS or OTA). Experience with mental health populations (a big plus). A valid NC driver’s license and the ability to travel for training.

The necessary certifications:

First Aid/CPR. A satisfactory background check. Why Threshold? Competitive salary ($45,000 – $48,000 to start). Generous vacation time.
