Through our CASCADE (Courage and Support for Changing Attitudes, Dependencies, and Environments) Services Program , we support new and expecting mothers and their children in Durham, NC , offering both residential and outpatient treatment services. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Program Director to oversee the daily operations of our North Carolina service site. Your Role & Impact As the Program Director , you will lead program operations, drive clinical excellence, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being and success of the individuals we serve. Clinical Supervision & Program Oversight Provide direct clinical supervision to staff. Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Assess and determine the level of care for clients needing treatment after relapse. Program Development & Quality Management Implement and enhance evidence-based treatment practices . Develop curriculum, training materials, and operational manuals . Maintain compliance with corporate, state, and national accreditation standards . Leadership & Staff Development Supervise and mentor program supervisors and staff. Conduct performance evaluations and recommend staffing decisions. Ensure a supportive and relational approach in clinical and administrative operations. Financial & Operational Management Assist in developing and managing the annual budget . Monitor the financial impact of new projects and funding agreements. Implement efficiency-driven initiatives to improve service delivery. Stakeholder & Community Engagement Serve as a liaison with referral sources, funders, and community partners. Develop marketing and referral strategies to expand program reach. Ensure smooth communication between staff, leadership, and external stakeholders. What You Need to Succeed ✅ LCAS (Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist)

  • Required ✅ Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field.

✅ 5+ years of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders . ✅ 2+ years of management experience in program supervision and leadership. ✅ Strong understanding of CARF standards , clinical best practices, and compliance regulations. ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records. ✅ Valid NC driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
