Greensboro, NC | Full-Time | One-Year Rotational Program Launch Your Career in Leadership & Operations The Budd Group’s Leader in Training (LIT) Program is a paid, 12-month rotational program designed for recent college graduates ready to step into leadership roles. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to all major areas of our business — including Operations, Janitorial, Landscaping, Specialty Services, HR, and Sales — while working alongside seasoned professionals and company leadership. This is more than a job — it’s a high-impact leadership launchpad. Key Responsibilities & Development Areas During your rotations, you’ll: Shadow and support Operations Managers with scheduling, QA inspections, and team supervision Lead site walkthroughs and manage project follow-through with frontline staff and subcontractors Participate in strategic sales initiatives, including lead generation, cold calling, client proposals, and Salesforce tracking Gain exposure to HR functions like hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement Work hands-on in janitorial, landscaping, and specialty services to understand daily field operations Learn budgeting, invoicing, inventory, and margin management through real-time systems Present a capstone project focused on a strategic improvement area Receive one-on-one mentorship and coaching throughout each rotation

Mentorship:
