Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit The Center for Youth, Family, and Community Partnerships (CYFCP) builds the capacity of families, service providers, researchers, teachers, and communities to promote the well-being of children and youth. In partnership with colleagues from across the university and the community, the Center carries out basic, applied, and action research; translates research into effective programs and practice; infuses community perspectives into university research and teaching; facilitates strategic problem-solving processes; and promotes programs, practices, and policies that yield positive outcomes for children and their families. Position Summary The person filling this position will provide onboarding management and support in the implementation and fidelity of the MORES (Mobile Outreach Response, Engagement, and Stabilization) program to new provider sites or teams. This position includes managing, supervising, coaching, and organizational support. The position requires travel to visit and work with statewide provider sites. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or related field or Bachelor’s and at least three (3) years of experience in program implementation leadership, staff supervision, evidence-based behavioral health models or child and family services. Experience in providing training and support to others, particularly in behavioral health, child welfare, youth development, social services, or other related areas. Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of implementation science and experience in using that knowledge to successfully implement evidence-based interventions in multiple communities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work cooperatively by demonstrating professional, ethical, and respectful behavior. Uses data to problem-solve and develop a continuous quality improvement process across systems. Leadership, coaching, and teambuilding skills. Ability to manage conflict. Works well with diverse workforce.
